Administration Assistant
Contract Duration: 6 month initially, with the potential to extend.
Working Hours: Minimum of 15 hours per week, with opportunity for overtime. Hours are flexible to accommodate personal circumstances.
Hourly Rate of Pay: £6.19
Candidate Qualities
- Good communication skills, written and verbal.
- Excellent written skills, including spelling and grammar.
- A good eye for detail.
- Highly organised and able to manage time.
- Competent and confident using a computer.
- Understanding of the internet and social media.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Proof reading work produced in the studio, including technical documents, proposals and creative writing, particularly that produced by the Copy Writer and Office Manager. This includes checking for spelling errors, correct use of context and grammatical inaccuracies.
- Answering the office telephone lines, redirecting calls, taking messages and acting upon requests.
- Assisting with tasks such as updating client’s website content and social media pages, including Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
- Receiving clients upon arrival to the office and facilitating meetings.
- Filing and organisation of documentation and data systems.
