2am Media is seeking an experienced web developer to join us. Our fast-growing client list includes great names like NHS, Blackpool Council, Choice Hotels and umi.
You’ll need to have at least 2 years of commercial experience, with the rounded skill-set needed to work in a fast moving agency. Along with being committed to quality, detail and deadlines you must have a big tick next to the following:
- Clean, pragmatic development with PHP 5.
- Experience with MySQL and MySQL administration.
- Knowledge of the LAMP stack.
- Experience customising large open-source packages such as Wordpress, Drupal and Magento.
- Good MVC fundamentals, as you’ll also be working with CakePHP and Zend (and Django or Rails is a bonus).
- A solid understanding of usability, accessibility and SEO.
