Each winner is provided with leadership masterclasses from leading business professionals such as Jo Fairley, the founder of chocolate brand Green and Blacks. The event is also used to raise money for the BIBAs Foundation, an association that has been created to improve the business skills of people between the ages of 16 and 24 to enable better and brighter futures.
